SoChange’s vision statement clearly identifies it as an organization whose success is measured by the amount of positive change that it incites, as opposed to the monetary profit that it generates.  Our core values serve as indicators as to whether our vision is being achieved, as well as acting as guidelines when choosing which individual initiatives we involve ourselves in.  They are listed as follows:
